Selena was a victim of many hardships, but there was one that truly changed her life. Selena’s life-changing obstacle was her struggle with anxiety and depression. Selena seemed to be doing well when she first discovered what was wrong. Then, she was diagnosed as Lupus. Lupus can be described as a condition or disease that results in a reddening of the skin, swelling and hotness. This can often make it unpleasant. Selena stated that she was going through it and would be focusing on her “Mental Well-being.” This helped her overcome her massive obstacle. Selena Gomez was chosen as my role-model for many reasons. Her beauty and personality are the first reasons. Selena is also a great actor. She is also a great singer! I particularly love the song “Back To You”. It reminds of someone I care about. Selena Gomez is also a person I love. Selena Gomez often says things that resonate with me.
